fifteenth
day
of
December
1707
and
in
the
sixth
year
of
our
Soveraign
Lady
Anne
of
England
Queen;
I
John
Mallalue
of
Wrigleys
in
the
parish
of
Sadleworth
and
County
of
York
yeoman
being
very
Sick
and
weake
in
body,
but
in
perfect
mind
and
memory
thanks
be
unto
God.
Therefore
calling
unto
mind
the
mortality
of
my
body
and
knowing
that
it
is
appointed
for
all
men
once
to
dye,
Do
make
and
ordain
this
my
Last
Will
and
Testament,
that
is
to
say,
Principally;
and
first
of
all,
I
give
and
recommend
my
Soul
into
the
hands
of
God
that
gave
it:
and
my
body
I
recommend
to
the
Earth
to
be
buried
in
decent
Christian
buriall
at
the
discretion
of
my
executors:
Nothing
doubting
but
at
the
Generall
Resurrection
I
shall
Receive
the
same
again
by
the
Mighty
Power
of
God,
and
as
touching
such
worldly
estate
wherwith
it
hath
pleased God to Bless mee in this Life.
I
give
demise
and
dispose
of
the
same
in
the
following
manner
and
form;
Imprimis
I
give
to
Mary
Mallalue
wid
the
one
half
of
the
Rent
of
my
Land
and
Ground
to
receive
yearly
for
her
own
profit
and
use
during
her
life.

Item I give to Mary the daughter of Mary Mallalue twenty shilling.

Item I give to John the son of Sarah Farrand wid twenty shilling.
