4. Thomas BRADBURY [ Parents ].  Baptized in Saddleworth (St Chad) 15/1/1726, Thomas died March 1778, age 52, and was buried 14/3/1778 in Saddleworth, age 52. Thomas lived at Fairbanks. On 21/1/1759, when Thomas was age about 33, he married Sarah PLATT in Saddleworth. Sarah died 1785. They had the following children, all born Saddleworth: (1) James , baptized 15/4/1759. (2) Thomas , baptized 18/7/1760. (3) John , baptized 2/5/1762. John was buried 15/3/1766, age 3. (4) Sarah , baptized 4/3/1764. Sarah was buried 12/3/1766, age 2. (5) Ann , baptized 24/11/1765. (6) Sarah , baptized 13/3/1768. Sarah was buried 18/6/1768, age 3 months. (7) John , baptized 22/10/1769. (8) Mary , baptized 3/11/1771. 5. James BRADBURY [ Parents ]. Baptized 10/9/1732 in Saddleworth (St Chad), James died June 1804 and was buried 15/6/1804 in Saddleworth, age 72. Lived at Runninghill, Lower House. On 25/12/1755, when he was age about 23, James married Alice BRADBURY in Saddleworth (St Chad), Yorkshire. Baptized 25/4/1736 in Saddleworth, Alice died 19/8/1808, also in Saddleworth, age about 65. They had the following children, all baptized at St Chads, Saddleworth: (1) Anne , baptized 30/10/1757. (2) Mary , baptized 5/8/1759. (3) Matty , baptized 8/3/1761. (4) James [ 9 ] . (5) Giles , baptized 14/10/1764. (6) John [ 10 ] . (7) William [ 11 ] . (8) Thomas , baptized 18/3/1770. Buried 3/4/1793 in Saddleworth. (9) Simeon , baptized 18/10/1772. (10) Hannah , baptized 8/5/1774 and died May 1856, age about 81. On 8/11/1796, when Hannah was age 22, she married John BUCKLEY (1777-1834). (11) Levi, baptized 7/4/1776. On 21/2/1802, when Levi was age about 25, he married Hannah TAYLOR in Saddleworth. 6. James BRADBURY [ Parents ]. Baptized 18/5/1729 in Saddleworth (St Chad), James died probably late 1804 or early 1805 - his will was proved 27/3/1805. Lived at Runninghill Head. On 11/7/1763 , when James was age about 34, he married Patience HEYWOOD , daughter of Jacob and Esther HEYWOOD , in Saddleworth (St Chad). They had the following children, all baptized/buried St Chad, Saddleworth: (1) Patience , baptized 1764. (2) John [ 12 ] . (3) James [ 13 ] . (4) Samuel , baptized 18/3/1770, buried 6/11/1770. (5) Samuel , baptized 14/9/1771, buried 6/2/1772. (6) Ann , baptized 14/9/1771. (7) Mary , baptized 6/3/1774. (8) Esther , baptized 11/8/1776. (9) Joseph , baptized 20/8/1780. 7. John BRADBURY [ Parents ]. James was baptized 26/3/1727 in Saddleworth (St Chad). It is not known when he died. On 6/2/1745, when John was age about 18, he married Esther HEAWOOD , in Saddleworth. Esther died March 1764 and was buried in Saddleworth 21/3/1764. We have traced one child: (1) Betty , baptism date not known but died 1783 and buried 7/4/1783 in Saddleworth. John is described as a widower of Wade Hill in the burial record. 8. Robert BRADBURY [ Parents ]. Baptized 9/7/1738 in Saddleworth (St Chad), Robert died May 1827, age 88, and was buried 17/5/1827 in Saddleworth. Robert married Margaret MILNES , date unknown. Margaret died 4/8/1804 in Saddleworth. They had the following children, all baptized St Chad, Saddleworth: (1) Uriah , baptized 22/6/1794 and died 1798 age about 4. (2) Nancy , baptized 17/4/1797 and died 8/1/1836, age 38. (3) Sally, baptized 1/1/1789, buried 16/8/1836 in Saddleworth.  Sally married John THOMAS . John died 17/11/1844 in Bloomergate, Halifax age about 45. (4) Hannah , baptized 25/6/1780, died 29/4/1855 in Huddersfield. (5) Eli , baptized 29/8/1784 and died 2/1/1827 in Saddleworth. On 30/10/1808, when Eli was age 24, he married Hannah SCHOFIELD , in Saddleworth.  (6) James [ 14 ] .
